“Grander Cold Brew”
2 oz Grander Rum
1 oz Cold Brew Coffee
1/4 oz Cointreau Liqueur
1/4 oz Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Raw Sugar
Add all in ingredients into a cocktail glass with ice, stir a few times. Then add a splash of almond milk and garnish with orange peel.

You wanna add a twist to your Gin sour?
Get yourself an Algenfels Gin with the special seaweed powder and add it to your Gin Sour to get a special taste and this green color.
How to make it:
4cl Algenfels Gin
2cl Lemon Juice
Just a trace seaweed powder
2 cl simple syrup
Dry Shake and strain into a glass.

1 oz or 30ml cherry herring cherryheering
1 oz or 30ml blended scotch whiskey
1 oz or 30ml sweet vermouth
1oz or 30ml blood orange juice
Add all ingredients into a mixing tin and shake with ice. Fine strain into coupe glass. Garnish with a flamed orange peel. cheers

50ml Martin Miller's Gin
2 teaspoons honey
20ml fresh lemon juice
20ml fresh orange juice
Add gin and honey to a shaker and stir until the honey dissolves. Add the lemon and orange juice and top up with ice. Shake well. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with an orange zest twist. Two for us please!
