It was kinda hard to smile in this pic because I'm in alot of pain. I asked the hubby which pic out of three was postable and he said NONE LMBO😂😂 In his defense he knows me so well and can tell I'm uncomfortable 🤣 besides I'm in a nomakeupdontcare kinda mood anyways. Lol 🤔actually that's just about everyday these days. But that's not why I'm posting I'm posing to update So, I've been on plexus for almost three weeks now and I'm happy to report: ✔increased energy ( keep in mind I have cfs) ✔no more sugar cravings But back to being in pain! Yes I'm still in pain but getting much more done with the increase in energy. I'm able to cook my guys lunch AND dinner🙌 and even do some grocery shopping🙌 huge gains! I just have to pace myself. When I say I can do much more that just means I can do some of what most people take for granted. Ha ha! Ahora córtalas en daditos y rocíalas con el zumo de limón para que no se oxiden. Derrite la mantequilla en una sartén y agrega las manzanas, el limón rallado, la canela, las pasas y los piñones. Mezcla y cocina a fuego suave hasta que la manzana quede blandita. Retira del fuego y deja enfriar. Extiende las obleas. En el centro de éstas colocaremos una cucharada del relleno de manzana. Pliega las obleas sobre sí mismas para obtener las empanadillas. Coloca las empanadillas sobre una placa de horno forrada con papel sulfurizado. Our Recipe of the Week: Honey Vanilla Fruit Salad! Servings: 10 servings Calories: 164kcal Ingredients 1 pineapple peeled, cored, and chopped 16 oz. strawberries stemmed & quartered 12 oz. blueberries 4 kiwi peeled & sliced 1 (23.5 oz.) container mandarin oranges in juice 1/4 cup honey 2 teaspoons vanilla extract Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, add the pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi. 2. Drain the juice from the mandarin oranges (keep the juice). This morning I came across a post of a lady tired of fake flavoring in lemon poppy seed muffins. I had to actually google how to do that. The only way of cooking I know is with real stuff (fresh squeezed lemon juice and lemon zest). Some, including my husband, think I over complicate things and that there are ways to cook faster and easier. I am sure there are, but that's me, a passionate woman who wants to keep food fresh and real, because that's what EatandEvolve it's about. Bogate su vlaknima, ali da bi se unelo što više vlakana, najbolje je jesti ih sa korom kad god je to moguće. Sve sorte tikvice, a naročito one zlatno žute, sadrže značajnu količinu luteina i zeaksantina. Ovi liposolubilni pigmenti pripadaju grupi karotenoida koji štite organizam od štenih uticaja slobodnih radikala, a naročito su značajni za zaštitu kože i vida. My FAVOURITE breakfast ever is shakshuka 😍 If you haven't had the privilege of eating this yet, it's pretty much a Mediterranean dish composed of eggs cooked over veggies and a tomato base I made it super simple this morning but you can swap the veggies for whichever ones you like, add feta on top or use other spices Ingredients: 🍳2 tbs avocado oil 🍳1 large onion (chopped) 🍳1 large red pepper (chopped) 🍳2 cloves of garlic (minced) 🍳1.5 large tomatoes (chopped) 🍳150 g (approx. 1 small can) tomato PASTE (NOT SAUCE The only ingredients should be tomatoes!) 🍳3 eggs 🍳Cilantro (rough chop) 🍳Spices of your choice: I used cumin, smoked sea salt and cayenne 1️⃣Add the avocado oil into a skillet on medium heat. Spread it around and add your onion, red pepper and garlic. Add the spices and stir for 10 mins until the veggies are soft. 2️⃣You'll notice the bottom of the skillet is beginning to look dry. Add the tomatoes and tomato paste to the skillet. The juice from the tomatoes will allow the veggies to continue cooking. Switch to low-medium heat and continue slowly stirring. 3️⃣Once some of the tomato paste has dissolved, create "wells" for your eggs and gently crack them in there. 4️⃣Cover with a lid and let them cook for: 🥚1 min: runny 🥚2 min: medium (eggs will be a little formed but still runny) 🥚3 min+: hard 5️⃣Remove from heat and add cilantro 6️⃣Enjoy 🤤 🍞 Traditionally, this is served with pita or challah but I ate it plain today and it was still delishhh
