Since my birthday antics, everyone’s been asking me about waist exercises so here you go 😊. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Try these simple yet effective exercises I regularly incorporate in my routine to target your obliques.
DISCLAIMER : Doing loads of ab exercises alone will not reduce the fat in your core area. However, these exercises ALONGSIDE good nutrition, being in a calorie deficit and some cardio should lead you in the right direction. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you’re a beginner start with 10 reps, but work towards 12-15 Reps, 3-5 Sets.
