I know it’s been a few days. Eek 😬
Excuse my MIA-ness. (Made that up)
Monday was a long a^% day.
Tuesday - Wednesday I was dragging.
By Thursday I made up my mind I was going to take a mental health day on Friday.
So I did just that ☝🏽🤕⬆️. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I was restless tho. In a funk.
It happens. But, I’m being proactive now y’all.
To help that funk blow 💨 off me quicker I kept my mind focused on self-development (YouTube, Bible.Is app) and just communicating.
Even if it was/is limited.
When I hit this wall I tend to disappear completely, but I know it’s not good. For me tho, it’s refreshing having alone time and in my previous post I said that I’m working on alone time without feeling lonely. But, as long as I get refreshed I’m good.🙆🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
I needed my hair did 💁🏽♀️ so I did that. Lol 😂
Saturday 🔄 Sunday were non-stop.
I struggle with insomnia 😴 so I couldn’t sleep but I went to bed at a decent time. 🔴 BRUH 🙄 - lol.
Overall, new memories ➕ great time and all love 💕. ✌🏽 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀And, today, I’m doing what needs to be done with no complaints. No souped up motivation and inspiration 💪🏽 other than - just do what you gotta do today.
