The book presented elaborates on the term, "Moosphere", a thesis that presents a 21st-century version of Vernadsky’s "Noosphere" for the countryside. A concept that examines the technicality between data and architecture. It is an extension of the digital network over the rural system of agricultural technology that identifies the artificial rural landscape. The "T-bone" object represents a massing model for a cultured meat production facility. Situated in the town of Coalinga, and adjacent to one of the largest feedlot in the United States, the cultured meat facility consists of laboratories, production facilities, offices, restaurants and pastures. This network of programs are connected through the production process of lab grown meat.”
