Today I had ZERO motivation to get my workout done! 🤷🏽♀️ I lingered around all morning finding other things to waste my time with😂 It happens to EVERYONE! I’m not all sunshine and magically motivated 24/7 you guys, even though I wish I was! 😩😭 .
This is why DISCIPLINE will always outlast motivation!
Motivation is an emotion and is always fleeting! I’m sure I’m not the only one who gets a crazy amount of motivation in the middle of the night scrolling through IG girls fitness pages and motivational memes and plan an entire day of workouts, then wake up the next morning and POOF it’s gone! 😳😂 .
This is why we need to have discipline! Discipline is NOT an emotion, it’s a verb. It’s ACTION. Regardless of how I “feel” I know I have a plan I need to follow and I’m going to do it one way or another! 👏🏽 .
This Summer, I want to have abs that show without me even flexing! And if I depend on motivation to get me there? It’s not gonna happen! But this consistency and discipline?
