PB & JELLY CUPS. This one blew my mind 😍 dangerously addictive! Literally overflowing with flavours and Best of all I managed to make them guilt free with out sacrificing any taste , I know, crazy 😜 so I highly recommended giving this one a go it’s super easy and minimal ingredients, make sure to tag me in all your recreations 💃🏻 BASE/TOP: * 100g of melted chocolate * 1tsp or so coconut oil- optional to help melt PB FILLING: * 40g of PB powder (can use regular Peanut butter) macr0mike * 1-8-1/4 cup coconut milk (I used a can) * 1 tsp of runny nut butter mayversfood RASPBERRY CHIA JAM * 1 punnet of fresh raspberries * 1 tbs chia seeds * 1 tbs of maple syrup Method: melt the chocolate in 15 second increments in the microwave, or stove top. Using half of the chocolate mix , place a heaped tbs or so into each of your cup cake cases. using the back of a spoon or a brush to push the chocolate up the sides of your cupcake cases. Place in the fridge. PB : Mix Pb ingredients together. Adding liquid to your desired Pb consistency, you can use water with Pb powder if you would like. Distribute the mix evenly into the cups. Return to the fridge. RASPBERRY CHiA JAM: Using a fork mash your raspberries, than add in maple syrup, plus chia seeds. Mix and than let sit for a few minutes to thicken. Place the mix evenly over Pb and than top with remaining chocolate. Optionally top with some freeze dried raspberries fresh.as is my fav 😍 Place back in the fridge to set: Makes 6 cups, if using Pb powder the macros are seen below 🤩 123 calories F6.4 C12.1 P.5.4

What are your fitness goals??💪🏼 • • When i started working out, my goal was to get a booty. If I’m being real with y’all, i really just wanted to get a big butt lol. Wellllll, a few weeks in i realized that i wanted something else. I wanted to work on my entire self and see my whole body get stronger. That was the GREATEST thing I could ever do. Focusing on getting my whole body stronger has given me more motivation and self-confidence. Nowadays, i freaking lovvvvvve seeing the muscle gains in my arms. I get so excited Last year i did not have ANY muscles in my arms, promise me I 100% had noodle arms, but not anymore 🤪🤪🤪. I know my triceps aren’t much, but it’s definitely an improvement from what I used to be 😍 • Oh & working out just legs & abs doesn’t give you a tiny waist I didn’t know that buuuuut from some amazing ppl on here I learned that you must work on upper body as well to see improvements w a smaller waist. The great thing about life is that even when there are days of doubt and darkness, the sun always shines through. The past several days I have had a horrible migraine-so bad that I was laying in bed all day with the lights off- eating like crap, not getting to the gym because of light headedness, and just felt like crap. • • But today I woke up so rejuvenated! My head didn’t hurt, I felt better, and I got in a killer full body workout along with a short run and major incline. I did the plank edition of cha cha slide and I’m still trying to recover from it even 9 hours later 😅 • • I’d also like to take time on this NationalPuppyDay to throw some appreciation at my two pups who steal my food-literally sullie stoke my nutty buddy last night😒-pillows, blankets, and heart. ❤️❤️ • • Tell me what your pups name is! 👇🏼 mine is Zeus and Sullie 🐶🐶

Today vs Feb 2018 Consistency is KEY. Don’t give up cause your results didn’t show up sooner. Every thing takes time. Keep grinding and enjoy the process. This would have never happened without the guidance of my amazing coach jefflater I am seriously so excited for what this year brings as far as my physique. The grind never stops.
