During my entire “Instagram journey” you have seen me less than 5 times using a stair master or treadmill, I just don’t enjoy that type of cardio! So what do I do, Incorporate a routine like this one once a week to maintain my shape/look. I I want to shred down some fat I would be adding a this type of work 2-3 times a week. In this type of routines you get your heart rate elevated to the max and you can apply resistance to any muscle group you want to give attention any given day. In this routine besides the high intensity cardio with the burpees and tire flips, I’m targeting my core, chest, and arms! It’s a very complete workout for your full body!
