Hello happy Monday 🌞 Gotta love May as every time you blink there’s a public holiday 😩❤️ - So actually this is fake news. I’m completely chilling today. 💤 I’m back at my parents home, eating good and recovering from DOMs from yesterday’s heavy squat sesh (I did 6 sets of 6-8 reps, starting from 50kg all the way up to 72.5kg and then in my 7th set I dropsetted back to 50kg until failure. Once you’ve gone 20kg+ higher 50kg sudden starts to feel like you’re squatting the bar 😅). I TRIED to lie in this morning but my body didn’t want me to win and I woke up at 7:30am so here we go 😂 - fitness fitnessblogger

I decided to take my morning oats to a whole different level and it turned out so yummy!⁣ ⁣ Oats with apple cinnamon sauce 🍎 ⁣ ⁣ ▶️ 1/3 cup oats⁣ ▶️ 1 scoop vanilla protein powder⁣ ▶️ 3 Tbsp agave syrup⁣ ▶️ Half an apple cut into cubes⁣ ▶️ Tsp of cinnamon ⁣ ⁣ In a non stick pan sweat your apples, add a little bit of water and a sauce will form, when apples soften add your agave syrup and cinnamon, let it cook for minute and remove from heat.⁣ ⁣ On the side mix your oats with boiling water and stir well until cooked “ depends on your oats, some require to cook on the pan some are instant that’s what I was using” add in your protein powder and mix well.
