Einfach mit meinen Kopfhörern per Bluetooth verbunden und los ging es. ⠀ .⠀ Das beste meiner Meinung nach ist die Akku-Laufzeit von bis zu 20 Tagen, somit kein Stress mit dem nervigen Laden oder sowas. Honestly tho you dnt need to starve to lose weight 🙈🙈 we're told men need 2500 cals per day and women 2000 calsbut hang on a minute what if say sandra works out 7 days a week and has a very active job but her friend doesnt work out at all and sits on her arse allday?? 🙈 do they need the same calories??? Erm no because not everyone has the same calorific needs 😬 thats why i always offer to help work peoples calories out for them so they are taylored to their specific needs and they are gettin the right amount for what they are trying to achieve (mainly weightloss) ✌ 1000 cals a day 🙈 id be dead 😂😂😂 xxx

[Anzeige/Werbung] Die Tage hatte ich zum ersten mal ein EMS Training bei justfitclub.de in Hamburg.💪🏼 Ich habe einmal alle Vorurteile beiseite gelegt und mich vollkommen darauf eingelassen.☺ Nach der Einweisung ging es dann los.🙌🏼 Ich kann euch sagen, das ich froh war als die 20 Minuten um waren.💦 Es hat wirklich Spaß gemacht, aber es ist unfassbar anstrengend für Sportler die es vorher noch nie gemacht haben, da der ganze Körper dabei trainiert wird. Gedacht hätte ich nie, dass es so anstrengend aber auch gleichzeitig so effektiv ist. Selbst 4 Tage nach dem EMS Training hab ich immer noch Muskelkater und spüre es. ichkanndaswochenendeschonriechen Guten Morgen! 😄 Heute ist zwar nicht Sonntag, aber 1️⃣ kam gestern die neue Digitalwaage an und 2️⃣ sind wir übers Wochenende bei guten Freunden zum Geburtstag eingeladen und ich habe angepeilt ein Stück Kuchen zu essen. 😏 Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn - zum Gucken einmal wischen.
