When it comes to overall health, unfortunately modern society is one of our biggest enemy 😯.
Always more busy schedules, the fast paces, or sometimes money issues make us often forget or postpone appointments with the most important thingour bodies.

Putting our bodies on second place is always a mistake.
In my case, I recently started dealing with quite a lot of pain in my right shoulder while performing pretty much any chest or shoulder press exercise.
This is due to a lot of tightness that goes from the lats all through the scapula and rotator cuff.
A condition that came out from absolute nowhere, not too far away but from previous tightness conditions that were not treated properly 😓.
The result is a significantly reduced range of motion (ROM), causing lots of pain and a slightly bad form in the gym (which I didn't realise).
Took the first chance today with a bit of time off work to get treated by andeeryrie

Absolutely recommended to anybody looking for chiro, remedial massage, cupping and acupuncture, and any kind of adjustment.
After a muscle release session, adjustments, and rock tape application to help me keep that correct shoulder position, I could already feel some relief.
We'll keep working together until we fix it, so I can face my next big comp prep with more piece of mind.
On my end I'll definetly try to improve my stretching, mobility, muscle relief and posture with dedicated exercises and routines.
