I am so so ready for the weekend 🥰🥳 I am spending this weekend in Houston visiting on of my friends and I cannot tell you how excited I am! Finally getting to relax and then also just see Houston since I have never been before Someone asked me before, “how are you going on vacation and your on a diet?” People please Don’t not love your life because you are eating healthier or going to the gym more. If you cut out things that are even more enjoyable completely you will never succeed in the goals you have for yourself Of course, this weekend I may eat more then I normally do and may not work out just as much and that is completely ok You do not need to be 100% all the time, sometimes things in life come up and it makes it difficult to do so!
Another thing I wanted to add onto that question was, I am not on a diet I am simply living a healthier lifestyle. If I am craving something and it may not be the healthiest, I will let myself have it. It’s not about being cruel to yourself and not cutting everything out of your life, it’s about moderation Please go out and enjoy your weekend Remember moderation and remember this is not just a change for a month or so, this is a change of your lifestyle 💪🏽🖤
