Spotted this shop specializing in tea-flavoured gelato near Yufuin train station and we just had to try it! Vi piacciono i legumi? A me tantissimo Che ne dite se gli cambiamo un po' i connotati??🤔 Magari così i bambini ma anche gli adulti possono avvicinarsi a questi sapori così ancora troppo poco apprezzati 🤪 Oggi ho preparato le polpette di fave ma ovviamente potete spaziare su ogni tipo di legume Vi consiglio pure i ceci. E un piatto semplice ma molto efficace Per le polpette servono: 250 gr di fave sgusciate secche, 80 gr di parmigiano, Una grattugiata di zenzero e curcuma Sedano, carota, cipolla sale, pepe Semi di sesamo e papavero Per la salsa: Mezza cipolla Uno spicchio d'aglio Olive taggiasche Prezzemolo 1 bicchiere di latte 1 panna da cucina Preparazione: Mettere le fave in ammollo per circa un ora e poi bollitele assieme a sedano, carota e cipolla. Una volta cotte assicuratevi che il brodo di cottura si sia asciugato. Con il mixer create una purea. Intanto preparate la salsa con olio, aglio, cipolla, olive e prezzemolo. Aggiungete il latte e la panna e cuocete per pochi minuti. Intanto riprendete il composto di fave, che  nel frattempo si sarà raffreddato, aggiungete il parmigiano, sale, pepe, curcuma e zenzero. Formate delle polpettine e impanate  con i semi di sesamo e di papavero. Friggetele una alla volta in un piccolo pentolino un po' alto in olio di semi.  Una volta cotte mettetele su carta assorbente e poi adagiatele nella salsa.
