Today's the day our newest nutrition program is finally released to the public 🙌 No matter what kind of lifestyle you live, UPF helps you get control of your eating habits! Whether you're vegan, vegetarian 🥦, paleo, a clean eater or maybe you're a wino 🍷, or have a bit of a sweet tooth, whether you workout 🏋️or don't workout, pregnant, not pregnant, trying to get pregnant, WHATEVER YOUR LIFESTYLE IS, UPF will teach you how to portion whatever you eat properly! Why is portioning even important?? Good question because I had no idea either until last week 🤪. Your body can only utilize so much of a nutrient at one time, so we want a good balance to make sure we're not over eating on one of those nutrients in one sitting preventing us from absorbing it all. When we don't absorb it, our body stores it as fat because it doesn't know what else to do with it. You know how they say you CAN eat too much of anything, even if it's healthy food 🥕? THAT'S WHY
