Печенье на арахисовом масле с начинкой из черничеого желе. Peanut cookies with jam. Моим домашним это печенье заходит на Ура! Жалуются, что мало 😁. У него интересная текстура и не очень опрятный вид, но оно действительно вкусное. Ингредиенты:  Масло сливочное 82,5% 100 г Сахар коричневый (или белый) 50 г Яйцо 1 шт. Арахисовое масло 100 г Мука 170 Разрыхлитель 5 г Соль 1/4 ч.ложки  Джем 10 ч.ложек с горкой Готовим:  Первое, что нужно сделать - выложить на какую-нибудь ровную поверхность (тарелку, разделочную доску) 10 ч.ложек джема на расстоянии пару сантиметров друг от друга и убрать в морозилку на пару часов. Это будет начинка для печений. В растопленное и охлаждённое сливочное масло добавляем сахар и взбиваем миксером, затем добавляем яйцо и арахисовое масло (пасту), продолжаем взбивать. Всыпаем муку с разрыхлителем и солью, перемешиваем. Делим тесто на 10 частей. Из каждой формируем шарик, делаем углубление, кладём замороженный джем, защипываем сверху, скатываем в шарик (на сколько это возможно) и выкладываем на противень с пекарской бумагой. Выпекаем в разогретой до 170-180°духовке минут 12-15. Даём полностью остыть в открытой духовке. Тесто получается маслянистым и может чуть рассыпаться, тут многое зависит от используемого арахисового масла. В этом случае над формой не заморачиваемся. Слепили, как получается и печём, в итоге всё равно получится вкусно. Джем берите любой. Seven years ago today, I was at University hospital with my whole family since my mom had been life flighted from Norfolk where she was visiting her sister. She underwent a long surgery for aortic repair (torn aorta). This happens when the protective layer of the aorta called the endothelium is so damaged. She made it through the surgery but her organs didn’t recover and she died a day and a half later. Irani Kafe by Vintage Machine iranikafeindia as its name suggests this is an Iranian - style cafe. This kind of cafe has been part of Mumbai’s cultural but this character-filled and historic cafe is now in Lucknow too! This cafe is owned by Vintage Machine so obviously, it’s going to be something extraordinary. Once you get inside the cafe the old style mosaic flooring, mirrored wall, pendulum wall clocks, gramophones and table with table clothes gives the perfect feel of an Irani Cafe. Some Artifacts will amuse you. Now let’s talk about food. They have both vegetarian and non-vegetarian menu. We ordered Heineken (non-alcoholic) Beer, Hyderabadi Khatta Paneer ₹345, Lahsooni Palak 295, Butter Garlic Naan ₹85, Katahal Biryani ₹475, Shahi Gulab ki Kheer and Shahi Khas Tukda. the Heineken beer was amazing. It tasted just like a regular 🍺 beer. Khatta paneer was delicious as I loved the tangy flavor it had, Lahsooni Palak became one of my favsss. But one of the most amazing and finger licking dish I have had in recent time was Kathal ki Biryani. This was heaven for me. I am a hard core vegetarian and I can vouch for this one! The jackfruit was melt in the mouth and the perfect blend of spices. I was so engrossed in eating biryani that I couldn't click a decent picture 🙈. Shahi tukda was served on perfect temperature and it was awesome and Shahi Gulab ki Kheer was mouth watering too. I must say they have got the finest chef.
