For all those who practice self love, you definitely should try it! Loving your body starts from within, not just pampering yourself on the exterior. The thoughts you keep, the words you speak, the food you eat, and everything you do reflects you from within. Stress is caused by hormonal changes that take place in your body, and the majority of our stress takes place because we ingest muck in to our bodies. Yes, just a single negative thought can ruin your day and if you are a person that is constantly thinking negative thoughts about others and yourself, engaging in gossip, you will only have yourself to blame when you constantly keep falling sick, because your immune system weakens when you’re in a state of lower vibration. Most times negative thinking and talking happens unconsciously. that’s because it happens from our subconscious mind(habit mind) until we decide to change and keep doing something about it.
For all those who say Gees! What do you really eat when you’re sugar free, gluten free, dairy free, soy free and processed food free? Well You’re eating ‘NUTRITION’, that “actually” nourishers your body from inside out. 💖
If you know what actually happens when you eat foods that doesn’t serve you, you WILL rethink what you put in your body( your temple) the only home you have to live for the rest of your life. ☺️
