Mix Vegetable Pakoray: Iftar seems incomplete without our favourite pakoray. Making mix vegetable pakoray isn't that hard as we may think. 🍆🥔🥦 🌶🥗👩🌾👩🍳 INGREDIENTS: Brinjal (1-2), Potato(1-2), Green chillies(3-4), Cabbage(1), Onion(1-2), Coriander leaves(as per taste), Salt(half table spoon), Red chilli powder(1tablespoon), Chaat masala(1tablespoon),Chickpea flour/Besan(half cup) and Oil(1 cup) METHOD: 1) Take a bowel and add water(less than half cup) into the chickpea flour(half cup) till a paste like mixture is formed 2) Add Salt(half table spoon), Red chilli powder(1tablespoon) and Chaat masala(1tablespoon) in the mixture 3) Now slice Brinjal (1-2), Potato(1-2), Cabbage(1) and Onion(1-2). 4) Add sliced Brinjal, Potatoe, Cabbage and Onion into the mixture .Also add Coriander leaves(as per taste) and Green chilies (3-4) & coat them well 5)Take a frying pan and add oil (1 cup). Heat oil on low flame and fry pakoray in it til they turn brown NOTE: Always fry pakoray on low flame so they get fried well from inside Now enjoy your cripsy pakoray!
