Don't be affraid of breaking habits and routine Whatever you think or see on social media, were all human and not perfect with eating 100% so called healthy foods and eating A lot of the time we feel guilty or even worse end up just losing control and binging on a tonne of hyper palatable food like chocolate etcyou get the picture Learning to be okay with eating a variety of food whether that's just off plan or so called un healthy bad food takes time and you have to change your perspective on how you see that food in the first place to make any progress going forward Categorising food into good and bad is what alot of people still do which causes restriction and binge cycles. Not been on here in a while 🙈 I’ve just been settling back into being back at home and getting back on track ❤️ Ordered this set from gymshark in the sale🙌 and I have never felt so girlie in my LIFE! Feel like a marshmallow 😂 but when I saw it on beth_fitnessuk I thought I have to get this! I wore it to the gym yesterday for a push day and I felt pretty self conscious I’m not gonna lie, I don’t know why but it pushed me out of my comfort zone, that may sound ridiculous like why don’t you wanna wear some gym legging ya just bought, but for me it’s not a colour I’d usually wear it’s so pale and girlie and I felt a bit stupid wearing it even tho when I see things like this on other people I love it and think they look amazing 💕 basically a little lesson is wear whatever you want and be confident with it, you should have to feel self conscious in the gym your there to smash your workout and feel good😎

Tough interval session today. Regarding interval session (high intensity training, research is showing the duration/intensity interaction ( how intensity and accumulated duration of HIT interact in regulating adaptive signals) is quite crucial. There is an important interaction between the accumulated time of work of HIT and beneficial adaptations in endurance. For example, in the high intensity zone (HR zone 5), very small reduction in the intensity (let’s say from 94% of Max HR to 90% of Max HR) will result in a big increase of tolerable accumulation duration of HIT work (let’s say from 20 min to 40 min of HIT work) so we can collect more min of work(duration) in the high intensity zone. And this indeed has better training benefits for endurance purposes. 30-40 min of accumulated time doing HIT at 90% Max HR is postulated to be ideal. Today we did 32 min
