Came in from work tonight and was determined to get my second run for the week in, only my calves had other ideas. I never imagined this journey was going to be easy but some days it is more difficult than others. My selection today is the dyfidistillery - producers of gin of the very highest order! ‘Terroir’ - the effects of Mother Nature and a sense of place - is one of those words banded around with enthusiasm by wine buffs.
I’m not quite sure what a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve is exactly but I’m pretty sure it’s one of the factors in what makes this gin unmissable.
