🌷🐥Because of Lila, I have re-learned how to marvel at the small things in life. I feel like her joy for discovering something new is a violently contagious part of being a . From everything between saying her first word, or simply figuring out a new toy, I turn into a full blown professional cheerleader. I swear if I could still do backflips I’d be doing them for her all day 😂 . I think that’s something I lost as an adult: an ability to be genuinely thrilled in the small moments. To also be content with imperfect, heck even laugh at it As Lila smashed her hand in red spaghetti yesterday, swirling the pasta above her head as if it were a lasso in a white shirtthe control freak in me disappeared and I laughed and laughed. It was refreshing Lila taught me that the small things matter. They fucking matter a lot. It’s also okay to be messy, chaotic, and imperfect. But what I desperately want to be is present for her, the ones you love are truly what matters most in this life 💕 This little baby opened my eyes to that.

Long post! Here is something that has been weighing heavy on my mind. I'm not usually one to post about these things but I can't contain myself anymore. Being a Mom is freaking hard. I don't care what you see on social media or tv, being a Mom is hard in general. I've noticed recently I see these posts that say "Studies show being a stay at home mom is harder than working." Bull shit. I have done both. I have worked full time and I have now been a stay at home Mom. They are both equally hard. They both have their own battles we have to face. Whether your work full time/part time or you stay at home with your babies, it is hard. Enough said. Another thing. Mom shaming. Like WTF. How does another Mom have time to sit and pick at another Mom and their Momming skills or whether or not they do their make-up why do they care? This one blows me away. You see another Mom struggling in public? Instead of sitting back and laughing or looking away, go help her! You wanna have a play date? Sweet! I'll bring the wine. You don't drink alcohol? Sweet! I'll bring the best damn sparkling apple cider! 👌No judgement necessary. Your are home-schooled? That's awesome! Tell me more about that. My go to public school because that's what works for me. Your eat organic/gluten free? My eat dirt and steal my Dr. Pepper. How did you do it? Teach me! I breastfed my baby until she was over 1 1/2 and my other girls were formula fed. You need to breastfeed your baby at my house? Please don't go to the bathroom. You can feed them wherever you're comfortable. You need a bottle made for your baby? Where is the formula? I got you, momma. Fed is best. Guys live by their "bro-code". Why can't we live by our momcode. Being a mom is hard without the judgement of every move we make. None of us are perfect, we all have our own demons we are facing. Can't we help each other in these battles instead of fighting against each other? momcode girlmom momming momof3 lovemygirls endrant farmmom farmlife sahm workingmom goodmoms mygirls lifteachotherup notdown dontjudge

I bought this skirt last week when I realized I had nothing that fits which was depressing as hell even if at a month post partum it was expected I didn’t live the way it fit but it was the best I was going to do so I got it. I put it on today and it def fits better. It’s obviously still not where I want to be and I still have 30-40 pounds to loose before I am “prepbaby” bod but I know it will come and I and sooo freaking pumped to begin a full program again in JUNE 👉🏻I’m excited to start having more energy & focus . 👉🏻I’m excited to start feeling stronger and more in control . 👉🏻I’m excited to start having a physical outlet for myself because the transition to two has been rough especially this last week or so 👉🏻And I’m someone who kind of needs both workouts and nutrition working together to be really consistent with either 👉🏻And I’m excited to join my sweaty selfie girls again in our virtual fit(ish) community 👉🏻And excited to add some new ladies in! 👯‍♀️ So who wants to loose 10 -15lbs before the end of June with me!🙋🏻‍♀️ ( That’s my goal! Based on what I lost the first time doing this program) . June group is enrolling NOW ! Drop a 💜 below for details ! Or fill out the application link

Before I had Anastasia I went to the gym almost everyday. I loved it so much. It was my “me” time and a way to relieve stress. Since being pregnant and having a baby, we’ve moved to a much smaller town where finding a gym with care is a little harder. Plus, I’m still so nervous to leave Anastasia with somebody that’s essentially a stranger (first time mom probs 😬). I’ve been working out at home for over a year now and while I do miss a gym environment, it’s made fitness more fun for me because it forces me to be creative when working out. It’s been refreshing to try a new style of training. Plus, the perk of usually not having to wear a shirt and not fighting over equipment is an added bonus, too. 😅 Anyways, I guess what I’m trying to say is that you don’t have to do one specific style of working out or adhere to somebody else’s “fitspo” to be healthy and stay in shape. Find what you enjoy the most and do that! It’s doesn’t matter! It can be running, yoga, CrossFit, weightlifting, or rock climbing - find what you have fun doing and keep moving your body ❤️💪🏻 Health BeNiceToYourself healthy fitness postpartum postpartumfitness mombod fitmom healthymom athomeworkout personaltrainer fitfam sahmlife momlife sahm stayathomemom mama motherhood girlmom mommyvlogger vlogger youtubemom familyvlogger youtubemama creator youtube

Aurora is officially SEVEN months old This chunky monkey 🐵 is 18 Ibs and has been wearing 9 month clothes. She has been turning both ways every once in a while but in the last week, she’s been non-stop rolling over. She’s becoming more stable at sitting up on her own. She’s loving 🥰 her solid food journey, although mommy and daddy are NOT enjoying the new 💩 because of it(stinky 🤢) She holds her own bottle 🍼 like a big girl. She’s perfecting the sounds to say Dadaand I’m patiently waiting for her baby talk to start sounding more like mama 😩 Thankfully, she’s sleeping 😴 8 uninterrupted hours a night and only needing a short feeding before sleeping another 4 hours. Baby and mommy are still breastfeeding 🤱🏻. I’ve officially lasted longer than I did with my firstborn and I’m so thankful. It’s time to start getting our house ready again for a mobile baby 👶🏻 SevenMonthsOld AuroraHarper GrowingFast LotsToLearn MomOfTwo GirlMom

My ‘Mom Brain’ has been at an all time high this week. First I order the wrong sheets (I actually didn’t order sheets at all), then I mix up a meetup with a friend that has been in the making for at least a month! I ended up having the most perfect day and date with my first born. We basically did all of my favorite things and my take away from the day was this: Sometimes it is OK to tell your soul YES. It actually feels REALLY good. I tell myself no a lot. You don’t NEED this or to do THAT maybe another time. Welp! Not this time. This day was full of a lot of YES and it felt SO good. selfcaresaturday girlmom momofmany staywild 🌊❤️

Every personality type has their own hurdles and for Bre it’s her tendency to be inflexible and a need for absolute security. But over time she’s learned that sometimes you can’t be guaranteed that things will work out And that sometimes you just have to jump What hurdles do your personality create? How have you overcome them??

I have to give a talk in Sacrament in three weeks on the Joys and blessings of an Eternal Family and I keep trying to think of something that compares to the happiness of being with someone for eternity and my mind comes up blank each time. There is nothing that compares to the happiness I feel knowing I get to be with this guy forever! Eternity is a long time and if I had to pick someone to go through it with I would pick Austin again and again! Now, send all the positive vibes to me cause I hate public speaking! she just loves him so much. 😭😫🥰 every time he is in the bassinet, she has to climb up to be able to see him she hates when she can’t see you changing his diaper every time he starts to cry she gets a concerned look on her face and points to him and says “cry??” and she always wants to make sure that he has a “baba” (pacifier). 💕💙

Cleaning is an essential aspect of our lives and let’s face it, most of us tend to thrive in clean environments. If you’re like me, you really flirt with the strong OCD tendencies line so you’re doing A LOT of cleaning. • 🧺 • While my floors may have been spotless, my laundry smelling fresh and my dishes sparkling, as long as I was using products containing SLS, Dyes, SLES, Formaldehyde, Phosphates and phthalates (to name a few) my home environment was pretty icky! • 🧼 • Manufacturers are not required by US law to list all ingredients in consumer products. • 🛀 • Phthalates • Think endocrine disruption, infertility to cancer causing. When you purchase a product containing “fragrance” these chemicals are are sure to come as a package deal. • 🧹 • Dyes • It takes up to 25 synthetic chemicals to create one artificial dye. You’re talking upwards of fifty when looking at colors such as purple. From hypersensitivity, hyperactivity in , gland and kidney tumors to cancer. • 🧽 • SLS • A foaming agent, SLS and SLES are often contaminated with 1,4 dioxane, a byproduct that is “possibly” a carcinogen to humans. • 🧴 • Phosphates • excessive phosphate retention in the body can cause a wide range of cellular and tissue injuries, low vitamin d levels, osteoporosis and kidney concerns. • 🧻🚽 • Formaldehyde • a known human carcinogen that is linked to leukemia. • 🚿🚰 • commercial cleaning products give the illusion of pure clean while they fill your home with harmful chemicals that create a toxin environment for your family. • 🧫 • Furthermore, our bodies lack enzymes to break down certain chemicals, allowing them to accumulate over time isn’t something I want for my family. I feel safety and security with Living products as they’re plant based, non-toxic and all natural. • 🔬🦠🧬 • Check the comments section for my dilution hacks and follow the link in the BIO section to ditch and switch today Living is giving away a Thieves Household Cleaner and spray bottle with each enrollment through May.
