Pure steadystatecardio on the treadmill for 55 min.
I've started to enjoy doing this when my trainers aren't here.

Breakfast: cucumber, celery, ginger smoothie with water. I tried the celery juice for a monthNo changeThose who write for medicalmedium may experience something different to me The good thing is, it is hydrating, I guess there's no harm.
Lunch: smoothie at 450 calories
Beetroot, oats, protein powder, apple, pear, banana, blueberries, romaine lettuce, water, almond milk.

Radish and hummus, papaya, dragon fruit, strawberries, watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe.
Some junk food (gasp😵) Dinner:
Stirfried mixed veggies, red rice, taro.
