Repost renato_bianchini 🥚O alongamento na educação física, parece com a história do ovo na nutrição: tem gente que adora, tem gente que odeia; uma hora pode e outra não pode mais.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 🧘🏼‍♀️Os benefícios da flexibilidade para o corpo são claros na literatura científica, mas o que deixa alguns desconfiados é que o alongamento antes do treinamento pode prejudicar a performance (e possivelmente os ganhos).⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 📃Porém, este estudo bem legal e promissor, feito pelo professor Alexandre Evangelista ( hipertrofia_total ) e seus colegas, demonstrou efeitos positivos do alongamento na hipertrofia muscular.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⏱Os indivíduos executaram o treinamento tradicional, porém incluíram 30seg de alongamento entre as séries para o músculo treinado.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ➡️O alongamento era feito no limite da dor (ou seja, no ângulo em que você não sente dor, mas se puxar um pouquinho mais, vai sentir).⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 📈A hipertrofia muscular foi aumentada no grupo que fez o alongamento e a hipótese dos autores é que ao alongar a musculatura você gera estresse adicional na musculatura e possivelmente otimiza o estímulo.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 🔎Não houve diferença estatística de ganho de força entre grupo que fez alongamento e o que não fez.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 😐Então é necessário alongar entre as séries se você quer otimizar a hipertrofia?⁣⁣ 🔨Este é um martelo que ainda não podemos bater, pois o tema é pouco explorado nos estudos científicos. Ever wonder “why is fat easier to lose in some places than in others”? • This is a super common complaint in most trainees and the truth is there ain’t too much you can do about it. • Body fat is stored in what we call “holding patterns” and these can depend on a number of things. • Genetics being the main one, but also hormonal profile. • Unfortunately there isn’t a lot you can do about these things and as coachrebel likes to point out “you can’t take water out of only the deep end of the pool”. • As a general rule though women will normally find that their upper backs lean out faster than anywhere else and they’re thighs and but will lose it last. Натурашка 😋 К началу этого года я скинул вес до 70-72 кг. Думал, что так я смогу начать набирать чистую массу.
