One of the benefits of the knee surgery being delayed is that it’s given my hip an extra 6 weeks to heal. I did this challenge in February pre op hip labral repair and tackled it again yesterday as a test for myself, crushed it I think my hip is ready for lots of crutching around. Bring it on. 👊🏻💥🏃🏻‍♀️ Only rule: No hands allowed. I ran out of risers but I’m not sure I could’ve done another. 👊🏻💥🏃🏻‍♀️ I know hip surgery gets a bad wrap, although I’m not sure why, if you rehab appropriately you should be good. I’m grateful for how my whole rehab has gone for my hip, no hiccups, never angered my hip flexors, thankful for an awesome surgeon and BFR.
