soooo, I’ve been pushing myself super hard in the gym the last two week😁 I go 5 days a week, 4/5 of the days I train with weights🏋🏼♂️getting a real sweat on, upping reps and intensity🤑 1/5 days a week I push myself hard & do a whole session of cardio ( that day was today 🙄 ) usually to sweat off those cals after cheat day 🥐🥨🥓 all that’s left to do is properly clean my diet up🥝 I’ve been trying slowly to do this over a few weeks & have been making progress!🍍
Looks like it’s a One and Done for me then. For a start, my hands are pure shredded and non-compliant with life 👋🏽, then secondly I’ve been knocked off my feet with some kind of illness/sickness bug and I can’t get out of bed 🤮. I’m so glad I managed to get this run through done pre-shift & illness (good shout)(disclaimer: pic is not from today OBVIOUSLY)🙏🏽🙏🏽
Which, I Almost died at work with a temp of 39.8c at one point - post paracetamol too 🤒. I’m known for being dramatic 💁🏼♀️, but last night was something else. I’m a bloody baby and hate being sick, literally just rather be thrown under a bus 🤢 - here’s to hoping it doesn’t last too long

Last workout done! 19.5 did not disappoint. Good way to end the open. Was a sweaty one but some mad part of me liked this 1 the most and i can't believe im saying that because me and thrusters aren't even mates 🤣🤣🤣
