HAPPY 3 WEEK TRANSFORMATION These pics are comparing my one week to my 3 week and hallelujah! I am really freaking proud of myself to be honest! - But I gotta keep it real with you guys it has been hard self coaching myself and I feel really good about how I am doing it. I eat around 1700 caps (not saying exact because people loveee to copy😣, don’t copy someone’s exact macros, YOUR body is different than THEIRS or mine) i keep my protein around 100+ at the LEAST and at the most 200c and this is honestly working great for me! I don’t always hit my carbs but I’m not mad about that ☑️ - But I sometimes get discouraged by not seeing changes in progress pictures and that’s okay, there are some days you’re going to see it and then other days you might just think you look the same. But don’t compare your progress to others. Fat loss takes time, and I am happy where I am but I am going to keep chipping away👏🏻 lifting heavy, pushing myself mind and body and learning more along the way. Happy freaking Monday y’all - Also never talked about this because I get sooo many questions, my split is - Day 1: boxing - Day 2: legs/glutes - Day 3: back and shoulders - Day 4: chest and triceps - Day 5: glutes and hamstrings - Day 6: full upper body - I do cardio on the days that I don’t have legs or boxing (but sometimes I feel extra and do it on leg day). I also do cardio on my one rest day! HAPPY MONDAY

Trust the process. You are exactly where you need to be February was a shit month for me. I put on a bit of weight, I got frustrated and angry about it, I struggled and I almost gave up but carried on The 100daykilochallenge has made me realise that I was putting so much unnecessary crap into my body without realising. Small changes get better results . As soon as I could I was back doing cardio. It took a while to build it back up, but little by little I chipped away.
