On a serious note!
I’ve recently changed my workout split to Push/Pull/Legs. Combined with a comfortable caloric surplus, i’m feeling good pushing more weight this year than I had previously.
I fear that I might want to hold onto the surplus calories and never get back on the shred train 😮😏🤷🏽♂️
Morning cardio and legs done ✅
