Just a little reminder this fine Tuesday morning 🌼 I spent far too long worrying about what other people thought of everything I did and to be honest, I was so miserable because I wasn’t living for myself! People used to constantly say to me ‘ugh, why do you still go to the gym and eat healthy, you’ve lost enough weight’ or ‘why do you exercise so much’ or ‘why are you eating that’ and it really used to get to me. I couldn’t understand why people couldn’t just accept the fact that yes I started the gym with the goal to lost weight but actually ended up enjoying it more as a hobby, and it improves my mental health. Recently I’ve stopped caring what other people think of me and I wish I done it sooner cause I feel so much better! Heey guys, I’m keeping it super real right now I’m not feeling 100% 😫 - Though fasting is super effective for weight loss and also has great benefits, it’s N-O-T easy! Like anything new and especially something that creates a complete 180 degrees in your lifestyle, it really will not be simple , sunshine and rainbows 😆 - I wasn’t able to lift as much today and was honestly feeling drained BUT I’m so happy that I hauled my ass to the gym anyway and tried MY best 💪 - Old Bianca would’ve bullied and ridiculed myself for not lifting as much as I could, or “not trying as hard as other people” or not feeling 100% from fasting- but NO! I’m taking responsibility for my life and my actions and I’m patting myself on the back for even trying 👍 - You are on your own in this journey- not just in fitness BUT in life! So be kind to yourself, praise your accomplishments (even if they’re small!) and always put in the effort to think more positively about yourself a little everyday 🌤 - Also It’s so super important also in your fitness journey to always make sure that you keep yourself in check AND to stay in your own lane! Squats are still at 285lbs. Also they have been a real pain lately & plus I had zero motivation last week - I have been working on 295lbs for 3 days & yesterday when I finally thought I had it I didntwhen I was pushing up,the weights was like "SIKKEEEEEE" 🤣. to be honest I'm not mad at all. I made progress. The first time I tried to squat 295lbs I only lift the bar from the squat rack and put it back the 2nd time I had it off the rack about to squat it but couldn't push it up now 3rd I was so close. - I'll get there soon💪 - I like sharing my fail moments to show that's not always easy to get where I am.
