Blood Orange Olive Oil Salmon Fillet
1 lb fresh Salmon fillet
2 tbs. Olive~Me & Co Blood Orange Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic, diced
1 shallot, diced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions: * Drizzle blood orange olive oil in a skillet and preheat on high.
* Add your garlic, shallot, salt and pepper to your desired taste in the pan.
* Take Salmon and place on top of the garlic, shallot, salt and pepper, sear the salmon for approximately 30 seconds until a golden brown crust appears.
* Turn your heat down to medium high, flip salmon over and finish for approximately 3 minutes until done, be careful not to overcook the salmon.
* Once cooked, lightly drizzle blood orange olive oil over the fish.
*Garnish with parsley and enjoy
