The last light of the day can be so pretty.
Was going through photo files and learning how to hone some belated processing skills. If you saw my insta story on the weekend, I was figuring out Corel's new and improved Hue Map tool.
Basically it allows you to fine tune which colours and hues you want to pull out and bring to life that maybe your camera generalized without a lens filter.
It's like an 'after-filter' but just to enhance what was already there.
All that to say that it dawned on me this weekend I'm focusing again.
I'm creating again.
I haven't had the ability to focus on a project like this for about a year, a symptom of my Lyme and all the recovery my brain has been fighting for. And off and on for 4 years before I was diagnosed.
Brainwave function is slowly coming back now that the Lyme is gone. You guys, you have no idea how huge this is.
A waking up is occurring. Like being released from a prison. I'm now realizing this has been about two months of awakening, for there are other signs.
Some writing down thoughts. Some journaling. Some picking up the camera and exploring. I almost didn't see it happening.
My doctor warned me. A full year of my body restoring all the things Lyme took from me.
And this year, my word for 2019 that God whispered to me was Release.
My brain, my body, my soul looks like this scene awakening, spring approaching, a new season.
