Читинг Читинг (от англ. cheating) - термин который используется для описания движений в бодибилдинге и пауэрлифтинге, которые способствуют перемещению веса снаряда с изолированной (как правило утомленной) группы мышц, на другие (не утомленные) мышцы туловища. Это позволяет атлету заниматься с более тяжелыми весами, увеличить количество повторов в сете, так как после момента утомления основной группы мышц в помощь включаются дополнительные. Простыми словами читинг — это такой себе «обман» уставшей целевой группы мышц, при котором нарушается техника выполнения упражнения и атлет начинает помогать себе туловищем дабы «добить» мышцу и спрогрессировать в весах. «Обманные» повторы делают после «отказа», когда мышечная усталость становится критической. Некоторые эксперты рекомендуют прибегать к читингу в конце сета - это позволяет не только создать дополнительную нагрузку на целевые мышцы, но и задействовать дополнительные мышцы туловища, на которые как правило базовые упражнения не рассчитаны. Bright colors make me happy. And they make me have a killer leg day too apparently That’s right- I did legs today- was supposed to do them yesterday but got to the gym and felt outta whack and didn’t want to frustrate myself so I did back and bis yesterday instead Overall it was a good choice because I was able to squat 115 on my own today which it’s been years since I’ve done. I’ll prob drop down a small bit until my form is better for them, but the point it I did them and I’m pumped lol I’m currently maintaining my weight at 124lbs but feel like I’m continuing to lean out so I’m very happy about that. Last year my happy weight was 120lbs- it’s where I felt most comfortable at physique wise when I wasn’t stage lean while also not feeling like I was starved and without energy. Now I’m happy to announce that my new happy weight is right where I’m at right now. I still have a slight hint of abs, my arms are lean enough to make me feel like a bad ass, I have TONS of energy, I’m eating close to 2000cals a day average and I’m HAPPY because my strength is increasing and my mood levels are great and to top it off all of my clients are absolutely KILLING it which makes for a very happy coach So there you go- that’s my update for you this week.
