Would I be pretty spot on if I made the assumption that we have all looked at ourselves in the mirror and picked out something we hated?
I once read that we retain:
•10% of what we read.
•20% of what we hear.
•30% of what we see.
•50% of what we hear & see.
•70% of what we say.
•90% of what we say & DO.
Over the course of the last year, I’ve really been practicing positive affirmations. According to the above stats, the best way to do this is to put them into action! Not only should you write them out, read them back to yourself, say them aloud, but also, carry yourself beautifully, be joyful, compassionate and passionate to others, inspire & empower others, allow others to inspire and motivate you, treat others as you wish to be treated —> be beautiful.🙏🏼
Each day I put these affirmations into practice. I take inspired action. It gives me confidence. It allows me to show up unapologetically self expressed so I can continue to empower, impact & create opportunities for You
Sure, there are days I feel thick, bloated, gross, not as pretty as ‘so’n so’; but after practicing affirmations & taking action on my life, any negative thought that creeps in, I acknowledge it, replace it with a positive, and move forward
Doing this means your constantly transforming your mindset. Over time, you begin to BELIEVE yourself. There will be no reason to think you’re anything less than beautiful, confident, empowered, a Bossbabe!💕
