So I just wanted to share with you about my way of eating Over the last 3 months I basically only been eating fruit (mono), like you see on this Instagram account. I started this account like 2-3 months ago and what I post here have been my lifestyle since that, more or less.
I've been a vegitarian for around 3-4 years and a vegan for 1,5 year. The last year I been on and off eating only fruits. I'm doing my own journey/experiment. It's a process and it feels great. The reason that I'm diving into this highly fruitarian lifestyle is because I want to help my lymphatic system to work as it suppose to by detoxing all the shitt that have been stocked up for so many years of mainly eating cooked-, prossesed- and junkfood And also alot of refined sugar and consuming drugs. Another reason is that this lifestyle feels damn good and it's actually the food that is meant for us to have. I feel electrical, clean, my mind is so clear and I just in general feel healthier than ever
With that being said, it's not that I never crave/eat anything else. Sometimes over the past months I've been eating cooked food, crakers, chips and so on, but rarely. This is what I wanted to share with you, to be honest about my hole journey and not just the proud parts of it. Sometimes I really crave the taste of cooked food, I want sweets (at least the parasites in my body do). Sometimes I just want something different than raw fruits and that's completely OK. I've wrote before about the importance of how mental health effects the body in a phycial way. If you stress to much about what you eat and don't enjoy your lifestyle, this will make you acidic. The reason people are sick in the first place is because of acidosis. And you can not treat acid with acid. That's just bacic chemistry. So be happy, enjoy life, it's your prosess and nobody else should tell you how you should live your life. Of course people should inspirer each other by share their experience and knowledge. But remember that it's their way and they got there by experiencing different things and aspect of life. I think we should thrive for good health, because it's a part of Self-love. But in our way and time🐛🦋
