Sunday afternoon the phone rang "Who on earth is that calling on a Sunday afternoon?" Picked it up and it was a cockney sounding guy saying I could earn an extra £150 per day GET THIS Gutting fish! they would give me a pairing knife and everything! Turn out this was one of those automated phone calls you know the sales ones I did play along cause it was fun BUT it got me thinking We get what we tolerate in life We tolerate these calls by answering the phone and then putting it down straight away Then we moan about them BUT in all honesty, we have not done anything about it So why are we complaining We need to get off our butts and do something about it Perhaps you have a few lb's to lose but at the moment you are tolerating it because you say things like I'll start tomorrow Just one won't hurt I'll just wear this to cover it all up I'll wait until X is over But why do we tolerate this stuff Because at the moment we are ok with things being like they are Sure it is a pain in the ass the phone ringing and then having to run to it to answer it in case it is an actual call but just means I get to get up off my ass from the office Where I basically live! :) We get what we tolerate in life There could be a number of reasons why you are tolerating those lb's Mainly it would be because you see making the effort or putting in the time to lose them as being PAINFUL an inconvenience to your life You get what you tolerate in life The thing we have to ask is are you going to tolerate the CBA (can't be assed) attitude? Are you going to tolerate and accept that you will always put it off? Because if that is the case then perhaps you are HAPPY with your lot?
