Staying on track is hard. Feeding toddlers is harder. - Both of mine used to be amazing eaters when they started solids. They were so eager to try new foods and ate so much Now, they have there favorites and need maximum encouragement to try something. Other wise, it’s tossed on the floor at the dogs 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. - What I have been trying lately is hiding nutritious foods in treats. Making treats with foods that will still burnish their bodies. No white sugar and trying to eliminate processed foods as much as possible. - I’ve also made some of their favorites and including a little taste of what I’m eating too. Just a TINY amount and if I catch them eating it, next time I’ll add a little more. I’ve learned it takes repeated exposures to foods for my to learn whether or not they like it. I’ve also learned that they eat when their hungry. So I’ve been focusing on a balanced meal to get a variety of nutrients and try to make it fun 😃

Although I'm not where I want to be in my life, don't have permanent employment, still struggling in recovery but giving it my best, still worrying about the little things but learning to let go I am learning to cherish the precious moments for what they are allowing myself to experience joy in real time instead of just dream about it. Feeling joy can be scary. I thought my life had to be perfect to allow joy to enter. I thought I had to be problemfree. I'm learning that joy is a state of being and that time is quickly passing me by. Rarely will all conditions be perfect, so I need to learn to enjoy the moments as they come. In their simplicity. Each moment special and adding meaning to my day. I am learning to do things with love. No expectation of returns but because it feels freeing and brings me connection to the world. And it makes me smile. I'm learning to live in the moment, live with love, live with authenticity. And it works for me. Leaving worry behind is a wonderful thing. I still need practice but I'm getting there day by day, in love love of myself, with all my flaws, love of my life, even though it's not perfect, and love of the moments as they pass. I don't know how long this will last but for now I welcome it with open arms. Always listen to your body 🌻 • My voice is slowly coming back to life. I find that the less I talk, the better 😂 Today I thought I would stay home and rest because maybe I’m getting sick? The Verdict is still out on that to be honest 🙈 after relaxing for a couple hours I was bored of that so I did some yoga and that wasn’t enough. I walked the dogs and that just didn’t fulfill me either. I haven’t been to the gym in like 3 weeks I think 🤫 so I was feeling a good lift and it was damn goooooooood! • I’ve realized when I’m stressed that lifting doesn’t make me feel better, I actually feel more anxious afterwards. That’s why I’ve been putting more focus on yoga lately. More breathing. More time. More listening to my body and what I need🙏🏼 • I hope everyone is having a lovely Saturday!

So I just wanted to share with you about my way of eating Over the last 3 months I basically only been eating fruit (mono), like you see on this Instagram account. I started this account like 2-3 months ago and what I post here have been my lifestyle since that, more or less. I've been a vegitarian for around 3-4 years and a vegan for 1,5 year. The last year I been on and off eating only fruits. I'm doing my own journey/experiment. It's a process and it feels great. The reason that I'm diving into this highly fruitarian lifestyle is because I want to help my lymphatic system to work as it suppose to by detoxing all the shitt that have been stocked up for so many years of mainly eating cooked-, prossesed- and junkfood And also alot of refined sugar and consuming drugs. Another reason is that this lifestyle feels damn good and it's actually the food that is meant for us to have. I feel electrical, clean, my mind is so clear and I just in general feel healthier than ever With that being said, it's not that I never crave/eat anything else. Sometimes over the past months I've been eating cooked food, crakers, chips and so on, but rarely. This is what I wanted to share with you, to be honest about my hole journey and not just the proud parts of it. Sometimes I really crave the taste of cooked food, I want sweets (at least the parasites in my body do). Sometimes I just want something different than raw fruits and that's completely OK. I've wrote before about the importance of how mental health effects the body in a phycial way. If you stress to much about what you eat and don't enjoy your lifestyle, this will make you acidic. The reason people are sick in the first place is because of acidosis. And you can not treat acid with acid. That's just bacic chemistry. So be happy, enjoy life, it's your prosess and nobody else should tell you how you should live your life. Of course people should inspirer each other by share their experience and knowledge. But remember that it's their way and they got there by experiencing different things and aspect of life. I think we should thrive for good health, because it's a part of Self-love. But in our way and time🐛🦋
