🥞 Super healthy, super quick pancakes that are toddler friendly! Gluten free and dairy free. Elena’s Pantry recipe is 👏🏻. Can add chocolate chips if you want 🙃 I grind the cashews ahead of time and freeze them so they come together really fast when it’s time to make them. * 1 cup raw cashews * ½ teaspoon baking soda * 2 large eggs * ½ cup mashed banana * 1 tablespoon vanilla extract * coconut oil for cooking 1. In a food processor, pulse cashews until finely ground 2. Pulse in baking soda, then pulse in eggs, banana, and vanilla until very smooth 3. Heat oil in a 9 inch skillet over medium heat 4. Spoon batter 1 tablespoon at a time onto skillet 5. Flip pancakes when bubbles form 6. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes on second side 7. Comme promis voici la recette des gaufres à base de son d’avoine : -430g de son d’avoine ou des flocons d’avoine mixés - 3 blancs d’œufs - 100 g de compote allégée. - 600 ml de lait végétal au choix La recette est simple il faut tout mélanger et pour ma part j ajoute de l extrait de vanille ou bien de la cannelle . Il faut un peu huiler le gaufrier et ensuite procéder à la réalisation des gaufres . Blood orange extra dark chocolate baked oats 🍊 featuring my favorite sugarfree chocolate! Mix together the below and bake in a ramekin at 400F for 25 minutes! 1/2 cup old fashioned oats 1/2 cup water 1 tsp baking powder 1 mashed banana 4 ‘chocolate’ squares of lilys_sweets_chocolate blood orange, extra dark sugar-free chocolate bar—stick in microwave for a few seconds with a little water and then stir together. should be a little more on the watery side to pour into oats. Set some more of the blood orange chocolate on top with ~2 minutes left to get melty. enjoy! 🧡

Este dominguin se me antojo preparar un Tofu a la mexicana acompañado de camote blanco. 🍀El TOFU es un derivado del "frijol de soya o soja" el cual es una oleaginosa, ha sido utilizado desde siempre en la gastronomía Asiática. Por su sabor tan neutro se usa para platillos salados o incluso en la preparación de postres. Puedes marinarlo con cualquier sabor que te apetezca, desde algo tan simple como aceite de oliva, ajo picado y pimienta como cualquier otra combinación que se te ocurra. 🍀NUTRIENTES: ❇️PROTEÍNA COMPLETA: cuenta con todos aminoácidos esenciales que nuestro cuerpo necesita, siendo un excelente sustituto de carne si eres vegano o vegetariano es una buenísima opción o si eres omnívoro lo es de igual forma para un día en el que decidas disminuir tu consumo de alimentos de origen animal 😉 ❇️MINERALES: Calcio, Magnesio . 🍀Tips de preparación: dejalo en la mezcla que hagas el mayor tiempo posible para que su sabor sea aún más potente después llevalo a la sartén a fuego medio y deja que dore o puedes hacer la mezcla que hice yo 😊 solo% 🍃1 jitomate+ 1/4 Cebolla + 1 Diente de ajo y picante al gusto con cúrcuma para darle ese color característico👌+ 1/4 de tofu. Quarkbrötchen Zutaten: 500 g Weizenmehl (Type 550) 1 Päckchen Trocken-Backhefe 1 Teel. Zucker 1/2 Teel. Salz 250 g Speisequark 50 g zerlassene lauwarme Margarine 200 ml lauwarmes Wasser Zubereitung: Die Zutaten zu einem glatten Teig verarbeiten und an einem warmen Ort so lange gehen lassen, bis er etwa doppelt so hoch ist. Ich habe es über Nacht stehen lassen. Den Teig mit Mehl bestäuben und gut durchkneten. Aus dem Teig 10-12 runde Brötchen formen und auf ein Backblech legen. Die Brötchen mit Milch bestreichen und mit Sesamsamen bestreuen. Nochmals an einem warmen Ort gehen lassen, bis sie sich vergrößert haben.
