This was the size of my dinner having portioned controlled my daily allowances but not dividing them equally throughout the day. I could not finish it, which is rare for me. ———————————————————————————— It’s very different to be cooking without making sauces that I would have made before. I have always used a lot of different spices and herbs but now I am mostly relying on them. Beijinho vegano 1 xícara de arroz cozido (cozinhei sem nada), 1/2 xícara de açúcar (usei cristal orgânico bemmm servida), 1/2 xícara de leite de coco (usei caseiro), bati tudo no liquidificador. Depois que ficou bem lisinho, levei para a panelinha com 1 colher de chá de óleo de coco e 1/2 xícara de coco ralado (usei fresco). Coloquei em um prato, deixei esfriar e enrolei sem dificuldades só usei o coco industrializado depois de enrolar pq meu objetivo era que ficassem idênticos aos de festa!
