I need to know when to stop lolI seasoned and grilled some of my gem lettuce leaves with olive oil, garlic and chilli flakes, just to give a variety of tastes and textures. I also baked my croutons by partially toasting the bread first then tossed it in a mixture of lemon, thyme, garlic and olive oil then baked the crunch on those bad boys👌!
Creating a new lifestyle is damn hard.
- It's hard to be in the same mindset every single day.
- It's hard to make the right choices.
- Its hard not to make the wrong choices.
- It's hard to push yourself into the gym.
- It's hard when you've meal prepped a salad, come to eat it and wish it was something else. (Me👈😂)
But at the end of the day, being unheathily overweight is the hardest part.
Starting your journey and continuing that journey every day is something you wont ever regret 🤸♀️

Got a good 6 mile run in an hour before another 45 mins in the gym; greeted a bunch of nice people on the trail who were taking in the fresh air with their fam, friends, or walking their dogs I suppose they’re getting familiar with the bandana trekking dude from around the way It’s usually with a good audio book but lately I’m studying some of the music by my peers and friends; todays’ was my guys’ _joel_michael 1st ep > bro, I took mental notes; had the urge to hit you up to ask bout this or that - even kinda wanted to do a review on the piece. •

My overnight oats have been a new thing I’ve added to breakfast after trying it on the cruise. ⠀
My sister would always post it and I was like “hhhmmm” and she would swear by it that it was good and easy to make. ⠀
But as stubborn as I am I never made it, until I tried like said at the cruise and fell in ♥️. It’s something that I also made my and they loved it and so does Mike now 😉. ⠀
Moral to the story is “ try something new “ lol. You never know it will work for you and like. ⠀
