MONDAY NIGHTS DINNER This was well and truly needed! Luke has this duck stair fry in the airport in Malaga, and I actually haven’t stopped thinking about it because it was just amazing! So I thought I may as well have a go and try and recreate it, slimming world style! And this did not disappoint 🤤 - • rice noodles (free) • duck fillets fat removed (free) • carrots (speed) • onions (speed) • cabbage (speed) • mixed leaves (speed) • chillies (free) • Asda hoisin sauce (5 syns whole thing, counting 2 syns a portion) • sweet chilli sauce (2 syns) Still struggling to get 100% back on plan, but I’m getting there!
