After months of yo-yo dieting since hitting target, and promising myself a fresh start, putting wheels in motion to do so, then completely flipping back to old habits. My version of a grilled chicken Caesar saladwith a lìl sunshine thrown in🌞🥗 I need to know when to stop lolI seasoned and grilled some of my gem lettuce leaves with olive oil, garlic and chilli flakes, just to give a variety of tastes and textures. I also baked my croutons by partially toasting the bread first then tossed it in a mixture of lemon, thyme, garlic and olive oil then baked the crunch on those bad boys👌!

My overnight oats have been a new thing I’ve added to breakfast after trying it on the cruise. ⠀ ⠀ My sister would always post it and I was like “hhhmmm” and she would swear by it that it was good and easy to make. ⠀ ⠀ But as stubborn as I am I never made it, until I tried like said at the cruise and fell in ♥️.
