ВРЕМЯ ПРИШЛО⏰ ⠀ ‼️Друзья, этим постом я открываю ряд инфопостов касаемо БЖУ, в крации поговорим какую функцию выполняет каждый из компонентов, а так же о продуктах богатых тем или иным нутриентом. ⠀ Неважно худеем ли мы, или набираем массу - в любом случае ПИТАНИЕ🍌 играет особо важную роль. Когда мы худеем - мы теряем одновременно жир, мышцы и воду. Наша задача худеть за счет жира. Из предыдущего поста считаемкалории1 вы уже знаете, что питаться нужно 4-5 раз в день и притом сбалансированно, соблюдать БЖУ. И это железно! ⠀ Начнем с белков. ⠀ Белок - Основной компонент из которого состоит наше тело. Является главным строительным материалом для мышц🛠. Исходить будем от 1.5 грамма белка на кг веса тела. Для наглядности: - Мужчина весит 90кг и хочет сбросить 5кг. Следовательно он будет отталкиваться от 90-5=85кг. Получается примерно 125 грамм белка, которые мы делим на равномерные порции в течении дня. ⠀ Как определить содержание белка в продукте? Все просто, по описанию на упаковке продукта. Так например в грудке индейки содержится 30 грамм белка на 100 г продукта, а в одном яйце 1 категории белка в белке одного яйца от 4,1 до 4,8 грамм. ⠀ Так, теперь к главному, продукты богатые белком: ⠀ ✔ 🐓Курица (грудки, филе) ✔ 🦃Индейка (филе) ✔ 🐂Постная говядина (стейк) ✔ 🐰Мясо кролика ✔ 🥚Яичный белок (желток выбрасываем) ✔ 🍶Творог до 5% ✔ 🐟Лосось (филе рыбы) ✔ 🐠Тунец ✔ 🥛Кефир (обезжиренный) ⠀ Если вы хотите достичь цели в виде тела своей мечты, кушайте правильный белок, а так же исключайте из своего рациона различные полуфабрикаты (купаты, котлеты, сосиски, наггетсы и пр.) ⠀ Спасибо всем кто дочитал до конца. Training 17: Bijna 8 weken geleden ging de knop om. Afvallen maar vooral gezonder eten en leven. Vier weken mij gehouden aan een dieet en daarna gewoon mijn eigen ding gevolgd. Met name geen cola of suiker gebruikt. Begonnen met 65,9 kg en vanochtend stond de weegschaal op 60,9 kg. En toch vaak nog een cheat maaltijd maar ik wil ook gewoon leven om het vol te kunnen houden. Ik train daarnaast zoveel ik tijd en zin heb. Het kan natuurlijk allemaal beter en sneller maar zo blijven de kilo’s er wel af gaan. Nog 3 kg te gaan tot de Zevenheuvelenloop. En na een kort nachtje HVHT viel het hardlopen ff weer tegen, maar er toch een 3,5 km uitgeperst. Garlic Parmesan-Stuffed Mushrooms 😋 Tag a friend who'd love this! ❤️ ⠀ ⠀ INGREDIENTS⠀ 15 mushrooms⠀ 1 tablespoon canola oil⠀ 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped⠀ ½ tablespoon kosher salt⠀ ½ tablespoon black pepper, freshly ground⠀ 8 oz cream cheese, softened⠀ ¼ cup italian breadcrumbs⠀ ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese, divided⠀ 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped⠀ 1 teaspoon kosher salt⠀ 1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground⠀ fresh parsley, chopped, to garnish⠀ ⠀ DIRECTIONS⠀ Preheat oven to 350° F (180°C).⠀ Cut the stems off of each of the mushrooms and finely chop them, setting the mushroom caps aside for later.⠀ Heat the oil in a pan over high heat. Cook the chopped stems with the garlic, salt, and pepper for about six to eight minutes, constantly stirring. Be careful not to burn the garlic. Remove from heat.⠀ In a medium bowl, combine cooked stems, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, half of the parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper, mixing until evenly combined. The mixture should be extremely thick.⠀ Space out the mushroom caps evenly on a baking sheet, upside down.
