Two on a Tuesday. Back to back to BACK 😣 sicknesses for me equaled A LOT of takeout over here over the last week. Finally got some energy to cook today so threw in two crockpot meals to get us through the week (i knew I kept the old one for a reason) Time to get back on hopefully a healthy track! So today I donated blood. I learned a very important lesson as well (again). Make sure you eat! Now I didn’t NOT eat today, unlike I’ve done once before. However, I didn’t eat enough. I had a small lunch like a normally do. I was hungry by the the time I was donating blood (only a couple hours passed). Towards the end I grew hot, light headed, and almost passed out! So now I know, personally, to not only eat, but eat enough! If you are interested in donating blood, I highly recommend it. Blood can be used within the very week you donate it (after testing)! Do make sure to eat though! And remember, no exercise for 24hrs! Relax! 😴

When Brian sent me this, I knew I needed to share my progress and how empowered it made me when looking at it my before and after. On 7/6/18 I took a big step to transform my life.
