What's my scent?
Ever wondered what you smell like around other people? And no, i don't mean which cologne/perfume/deodorant you are using but I am talking about our natural body scent, our pheromones.
They say to see if you have chemistry with someone you need to get sweaty with them 😋 and see if you like the smell of their sweat. But this experiment can go all wrong if our lymph is dirty, intoxicated and in stasis.
You may have noticed that some people don't smell too great and it's neither sweat, nor bad breath, it's coming kinda from the whole body. The shower may help but only for a little while. A few mins later the person will have this stench again. And they aren't aware of it! I'd describe this stench as ammonia+public restroom 😁 💩 and cologne won't save us unfortunately.
The reason we may smell bad is our lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is a network of tissues and organs that help rid the body of toxins, waste and other unwanted materials. The primary function of the lymphatic system is to transport lymph, a fluid containing infection-fighting white blood cells, throughout the body. If the lymph is dirty, full of toxins and not moving a lot, it will turn into a stinky swamp. And since we have about 2L/ 0.5 gallon of it in our body, this swamp will smell thru our pores.
What intoxicates our lymph?
~ polluted air
~ working with toxic materials (nail polish, detergents, hairspray, cars, airplanes etc)
~ eating foods that putrefy in our body and feed the parasites and fungus (all animal products: meat, fish, dairy, synthetic foods, processed foods, sugar, yeast, pastry)
~ not eating fresh greens, fruits and vegetables ~ sitting most of the time, not moving as much
~ not drinking enough water 💦
Quick test for toxic lymph: if after you went to the bathroom 💩 it's unsafe for the mankind to walk in for 10+ minutes without a gas mask, congrats! Gotta cleanse the lymph (among other things, but today we are focusing on the lymph) 👇 👇 👇 See comments
