anyakéntegészségesen Amióta anno terhes lettem Csibikével🐣 elkezdtem nagyon figyelni arra, hogy biztosan elegendő folyadékot fogyasszak. Azzal sosem volt gondom, hogy folyadékként vizet igyak és ne azokat a szörnyű ízű cukros üdítőket.😫 Viszont a mennyiséggel voltak problémák 😕 Aztán terhes lettem, majd megszületett babácska és a szoptatáshoz még több folyadék kellett. 😀 Akkor kezdtem el teát is inni a víz mellett. Akkor még csak sima, jó minőségű gyümölcsös teákat, külön beízesítés nélkül, most már kibővítettem a repertoáromat a zöld teával is. 😁 Nagyon szeretem az ízét, napi 1 bögrével mindig megiszok. A kedvencem a jázminos zöld tea. 🤤 Tegnap séta közben beültünk az orientcafetea -be, hogy Férj❤️ megigyon egy jó kis jegeskávét, én meg hát most is a teánál maradtam. 😁 Csibikével🐣 leültünk kint a teraszra és rábíztam Férjre❤️ a rendelést. 😊 A teák közül a kaktuszfügés zöld teát választotta nekem, ami egyszerűen isteni finom volt🤤🤤🤤 (hiába, ő ismer engem a legjobban a világon❤️).
