📸I now weigh in at 160 pounds (finally).🥗🍲🥑🥦 I’ve tried different things to see which would work out best for me. For the longest time I couldn’t gain any weight no matter how much I ate . I was eating a lot of sugar while working expecting to see a change but it never came. So I started eating more vegetables like avocados especially for good fat, fish for lean protein, and various nuts for natural protein, fats, and carbs.
I, for one, was never really into taking supplements or going to the gym much so I decided to put together a plan that would strengthen me and build up endurance most importantly, at my pace. These days I primarily do calisthenics with some weights here and there, mix it up regularly, and turn up the intensity. I’m not done yet! But I’ll probably be satisfied at a good 165 pounds. •
