Scouted the terrain and did 5 laps to train for the 29 hour Neverest Challenge in 2 weeks time
My gosh Almost 400 floors climbed and this is not even half of the entire race. Every challenge no matter how complex, arduous or massive is overcome one step at a time
Keep going, enjoy (don’t just endure) the journey and never ever give up 👣🏃♂️🤟👌💪 successhustleresiliencewhateverittakesgrit
I’m convinced that those who grow up with a silver spoon in their mouth have a hard time accomplishing anything worthwhile.
Life will be far more rewarding for the struggler who grew up in the streets.
Not because their life is actually easier but because they have no other choice than to work hard.
You don’t choose your challenges, you just get to choose how you respond to them.
Another interesting thing I’ve learned about human beings:
Rarely will people work hard or finish something if they aren’t forced to or held accountable.
So we need to struggle a bit. It’s good to run into challenges.

🚨⚠️ Investors beware! ⚠️🚨 Sometimes the square footage may not be as it seems. 🙀
Learned an important lesson and averted a possible disaster on a property we have under contract. 🏚
Property was listed at 2342 sqft which was also reflected as such on the county records. However, looking up the county floor plan revealed that the property had been permitted for additions to the house that were never done. 🤦🏽♂️ We used this as negotiation leverage to reduce the sales price even further. We’ll complete the additions, regain the square footage and make out with a greater return. 💰 fliptipflipthishousedoitwithHEART
