2015 vs march 2019
I've been training my shoulders since 2011 and it wasn't until 2016 they shaped up. What changed was that I hired a coach. If you're struggling to see results on your own (work, health, finance, etc), learn from someone with experience whether it be online, in person or via a book they wrote. Their experience is valuable because what they've learnt in x amount of years, can be shared in minutes so that YOU save time.
So for 5 years, did I waist my time training shoulders? Well no but I could've saved a lot more time though 😝however, what I developed during those years made the most impact the following years and that was DISCIPLINE. Developing discipline has helped me in all aspects of life ESPECIALLY when it comes to transforming my body. CONSISTENT HABITS + TIME = DISCIPLINE. During those years, I've learnt more about nutrition and other health/fitness related stuff that could help take my progress to the next level - all very valuable to me.
Now that I'm with the right coach, I have the right guidance to execute my fitness goals 😤
So stop quitting on yourself, put in the work and embrace the journey!
