How you spend your first hour of your day is important
Did you snooze and then are frantically moving around to get out the door?
This frantic energy may give you that same energy for the day and before you know it your day is gone and you wonders what the heck you did
Instead actually wake up to your alarm the first time 🙌🏼 then spend some time each morning reflecting on at least 3 things you are grateful for that particular day, move your body in some format even if it’s just some stretching and if you can read or listen to something that is positive for you whether it be a book, podcast or some music
Honestly before my current routine, I have no clue what I did for my mornings! I think I literally just laid in bed doing nothing on my days off 😬🤦🏻♀️
I’ve been on my journey now for a while that this is a habit for me but I do know that my mornings are so much calmer and my personal growth has grown so much from taking some “me time” each morning
