A whole Bosu Ball circuit . I love these circuits because you can target different muscle groups at once. Working on your stability and regaining focus. When you workout you need to be focused I feel like too many people don't have their mind in the workout and end up losing form. Was an amazing leg day training. 🍑 I did my usual working weight (85kg) x 6 reps for 4 sets! And now I’m thinking about set new working weight 🤔 I’m thinking about 95kg x 3 or 4 reps maybe!🤔 Set new goals. Keep going and never give up! Only then you can be successful!😈
