SPRING IS 1 WEEK AWAY! 🤯🤯🤯 Regardless of whether you’re already on a fitness journey, or this is the 7th Monday in a row you’ve sworn to get started, put some time aside this afternoon to do some food prep basics, and give yourself a better chance of success. ✅Throw a large quantity of seasoned/ marinated meat on the BBQ ✅Fill your rice cooker, and turn it on! ✅ Steam, bake or boil enough vegetables to last a few days ✅Make sure you’ve got fruits, yogurt and nuts available for snacks
These basics can be done in less than an hour, and simply having the food readily available, may mean several less visits to the cafe or vending machine per week, which over the course of 3 months = Kilograms off the scales.
Put the meat, vegetables and rice in seperate containers in the fridge and you can easy partition it out for lunches and dinners.
Eat your breakfast at home, and bring fruit, yogurt and nuts for snacks.
If you’re procrastinating on getting started, this is an effective and simple start, then you can jazz it up as you get into the routine.
