Hi guys and hello to new followers 😘 Just thought I’d introduce myself again . I’m Kimberlee 40 from qld Australia 🇦🇺 I made this page 3 years ago to keep myself accountable for my new weight loss journey I was starting . This April it’s been 3 years since I started keto . I started keto because I researched that it helps with inflammation, I’d just been diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease and I was 60kg over weight and I wanted to go down the natural healing path. I was on keto 6 months when I noticed how much it helped my disease my inflammation was coming down and I was dropping weight too . In the first 15 months I’d lost 50 kg . I shared my story in newspapers and online with journalists. I have learnt so much about how the right foods heal your body . And I’ve loved sharing my story and helping you guys in the right direction for weight loss and becoming a healthier you . It’s Friday 🤪 here’s today’s motivation as I know some people will need to see this today. It’s normal to get off track, eat something you shouldn’t and feel guilty for it. Always remember that tomorrow is a new day and a fresh slate for starting again. I use to make myself feel like crap for eating something naughty until the point where I’d just give up everything I worked hard for and fall back into old habits. Don’t let one bad meal or a bad day of eating get you down, recognise your mistakes and change them. Had my body composition taken at home 1 day ago. Weight dropped from 76.8kg to 75.2kg in about 19 days, body fats from 40.1% to 39.3% (healthy range is 33%), Visceral fats from 8.5 to 8. First time making a real keto dessert, of any kind, really. Found a super simple peanut butter cookie recipe on Pinterest, and had the ingredients to make it 🥜🍪 Looks like I’ll need to start buying bags of sweetener lol it takes many packets of Stevia to make 1/2 C. I’ve always hated artificial sweeteners with a passion, which is probably the reason I haven’t attempted this before. I was pleasantly surprised 🧐 Not bad AT ALL. Now I’m already thinking of ways to change up this recipe. Maybe chocolate chips? Maybe a tad less Stevia? Just a little update 😬🤞🏻. 78 lbs down and chugging along. This week I’ve increased my length and intensity in my workouts. I feel such a change like yeah 45 minutes was good and all but what doubling it does for a person. That time doesn’t even have to using equipment go for a walk do something that keeps you active. August to now. The change is real and I can’t wait to break 80lbs this weekend. The biggest and best decision I ever made was bringing emmyallisonn into my life. Not even a full year of training in and she has gotten me to turn my whole life around in and outside of the gym. I did this before by myself and failed miserably honestly. Having her has truly made the biggest difference. So if your second guessing weather a trainer is truly beneficial I’ll tell you hands down it is. She’s taught me failure is not an option and anything is possible more times then I can count. Never in my life did I imagine all these things happening. Today I wore a damn crop top. Who am I 😂. In all seriousness I love who I’ve become and I am so thankful for everyone who’s apart of my journey. 💕 here’s to ending March strong as hell 👏🏻.
