So I have put the work in and i still put the work in, this is not a temporary thing this is a lifestyle
I eat well majority of time , portion sizes are good and I allow myself a cheat meal every week to 10 days depending how I feel , I never deprive myself , if I I want that chocolate digestive I will have one but normally they are dark and there is limited naughty foods in the house .
For me it’s adapting how I eat for my later years , however I enjoy the cheat meal , it’s gives my leptin levels satisfaction and I am back to my healthy eating the next meal ,
Equally exercise has been regular and I have always allowed at least 20 -30 mins at least 5 x a week , working out at home , garden , or various gyms for social contact
