Tall Kneeling KB Halos
Give these guys a crack when you’re going to tackle an upper body push/pull session.
The aim of the halo is to fluidly move the KB around the head & NOT the head moving around the KB.
This allows for the activation & the strengthening of the rotator cuffs prior to exercise. Fighters are prone to rotator cuff tears due to poor/limited scapular & thoracic movement. Therefore it is necessary to keep these guys strong.
By including the midline crossover with the Kettlebell it allows for an interaction between the right & left hemispheres of the brain. This stimulates the corpus callousness of the brain which is responsible for our ability to learn!
