This simple vegetarian lasagne was made for my pap’s. As a complete meat eater he is usually not interested in vegetarian meals but said it was very enjoyable, which for him was a great compliment.
If you want to recreate try the recipe below:
50g flour .5L soya milk
Hand full mature cheddar
Mix butter and flour and slowly add milk until you have a lump free consistent sauce
Add cheese as when ready and stir until smooth
2 carrots diced
1 onion diced
2 celery sticks diced
Sauté the veg until soft a, add quorn_uk, herbs and Worcester sauce. 5 minutes or so later add tomatoes and let simmer.
Layer ingredients - mince, white sauce, pasta sheet repeat. The last layer should be white sauce and mozzarella.
For best results chill over night before baking - bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
