BIG DEAL. I was leaving the grocery store (yes I had chicken breasts in the hatch) and I just wanted a drink. Insecurities can be inhibiting. They can literally keep you from doing things that you want to do that others find effortless. Tonight I went in to a bar by my house to have one drink. ALONE. This is a huge deal for me. This stuff doesn’t photograph real well, but oh man is it good. When the family has Reubens, I have Reuben slaw. Just chop up some green cabbage, pastrami or corned beef, and Swiss cheese. To make the dressing, I use mayo, Thousand Island, and thin with juice from the sauerkraut. Mix together, and fold in sliced pickle and sauerkraut if desired. So tasty! 💯
