I hope you're not tired of my flat lay adventures yet, because they are only getting more ridiculous. I'm not sure the fashion world would approve of my accessories for Maine Spring Break. We come to Maine for spring break every year, diving into mud season while everyone back in D.C. is celebrating the cherry blossoms. But why not? Where else can you enjoy your boots and your bug spray so thoroughly while on vacation? I only had one Maine beer on hand, but I was sure to get it in the picture. Boots, booze, and blackflies are still the best spring break around for us! What accessories would you put in this photo for spring break in Maine? If you are entertained by this shirt, which is basically the anti-Florida edition, you can get to it through the link in our profile and grab it off Amazon. There’s a tank of gas and some smoky air and an inundation of long light with your freedom written on it. Get up, get going, be muddy, be tired, be lost somewhere, anywhere that moves you like a sermon of brine and open sky.

Master of all he surveys.👑 We are keeping up the cardio, but off skis for a few days. Had a great avalanche class, but my feet/ski boots can’t seem to get along for more than 3 hours without intense pain. The guys at the shop where I bought the boots are awesome and have made multiple modifications and are trying again. I’m ready to take AIARE Ave 1, or do a guided ski, but need to get this solved first.😕 I’m determined to get past this. Would appreciate any helpful insight. Stay tuned! hikingwithdogs takeahike getoutside mainecoast cardio goals skitouring feetdontfailmenow👣

This is straight from my camera with no editing. I love when that happens. This is a silhouette of the Rockland Breakwater Light. The sky was fantastic, the colors amazing and the reflections were stellar. I particularly like the bright white streak of light which is the reflection of the light from the lighthouse. I even met another photographer chuckpbrawn out there. rocklandmaine onlyin207 yankeemagazine downeastmagazine maineisgorgeous mainething themainemag igersmaine maine_igers newenglandtraveljournal mainesucks raw_usa sunrise mainecoast midcoastmaine

When people ask “What’s dulseandrugosa all about?” The first thing I think of is place. Gotts Island- hard to get to but once you’re there totally worth it. No ferry, no roads, no cars, lots of garden way carts. Got to pay attention to the tides, the dock access is 3 hours before and after high tide. Much lugging is involved so you think about what you bring on the island. Great exercise getting your food and gear to your house.

Scottish breakfast tea for a post-sunrise warmer. Loved this short getaway cabin on mandalafarm. The star-filled night was exactly what I had been missing from when I was a kid in VT. mainecoast thewaylifeshouldbe scottishtea tetleytea cuppatea Only Scottish because we found it all over Scotland! started in Yorkshire, Tetley was the first company to sell tea in a bag in the UK, in 1953.
