My dinner last nite Mee Jawa or some Malaysian refer them as Mee Rebus, usually they cook using beef broth but seems I dont have any beef stocks so I'm using dried shrimps & fresh shrimps to flavor the sauce its mild hot and sweet delicacies to thicken the sauce I used sweet potatoes & peanuts (roasted & blend)
