Sending it into a new week dreaming of the next time I'll be out on my bike. So after a week of nice weather me and scousestar_mtb decided a trip down to Revolution bike park was well overdue. Onto the website and booked on the uplift, we kept an eye on the forecast for any change not like it would of stopped us riding if it had changed for the worse.
8am start and the weather was looking ok apart from it being cloudy, quick breakfast stop and then off we set to the Nog. We arrived at Rev to be greeted with blue skys and dry dusty trails. Bikes out, geared up and signed on. 7 defenders chugging away waiting for bikes to be loaded onto the trailers for the drive to the top. The normal banter and discussions of what the trails where looking like done and before you know it your at the top of the Nog.
1st run calls for a push up the run in ramp onto the freeride line and a so called 'take it easy for the 1st run down' ends after the 2nd jump and it's full speed ahead. The trails where running fast and super dry apart from the odd puddles and spots of mud on the Main line and Far side run's. Keep posted for more information on the day of dusty trails, jumps, laughs and crashes. Keep riding and keep smiling.
