Suppléments: miraculeux?💊💊 • On a tous déjà prit ou vu quelqu'un prendre une tonne de pilules et un de ces fameux shake protéiné après un entrainement, mais est-ce réellement nécessaire?🤔 • Premièrement, il faut que tu comprennes qu'un supplément est un ajout, un extra à tes bonnes habitudes de vie. Un supplément n'aura pas d'effet bénéfique s'il est combiné à mode de vie sédentaire et/ou à de la junk food. • Deuxièmement, comme le mot le dit, il s'agit d'un supplément. Tu peux certainement avoir de beaux résultats sans t'acheter le magasin de suppléments au complet. Le supplément peut venir combler des déficits nutritifs et/ou caloriques. Si tu as de la difficulté à aller chercher toutes les vitamines nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de ton corps ou encore que tu n'es pas capable d'aller chercher un bon apport calorique, je te conseille fortement de te renseigner sur les suppléments qui pourraient t'être utile. Personnellement, j'utilise des suppléments depuis le premier jour que j'ai commencé à m'entrainer. Au fils du temps, mon armoire a cependant diminué. Sans exagération, je prends 2X moins de supplément qu'auparavant. Est-ce une question de budget? Je dirais que non, mais plutôt une question de nécessité. Je me suis rendue compte que je pouvais aller chercher beaucoup plus de résultats en ayant une alimentation sur la coche au lieu de me bourrer d'un tat de pillules quotidiennement. • Il existe une multitude de suppléments ayant tous des effets bénéfiques différents. Il est important de toujours garder en tête que le résultat final est la somme de plusieurs petites choses rassemblées. Tes suppléments devraient donc aller en continuité avec ton entrainement et ton alimentation. • Selon chacun, les supplément nécessaires peuvent différer selon notre état actuel, notre physiologie, nos habitudes de vie, nos objectifs, etc. En règle général, je conseille à mes clients des suppléments qui les aideront au niveau de leur santé globale, digestive et leur récupération. Fokus on the present and the past will take care of itself. Erste Resonanz zur Ketose - ich bin mir sicher nun drin zu sein. Die Ketogrippe war wirklich unschön - und neben Grippesymptomen, Kreislaufproblemen, Schüttelfrost während der Kardio, Schlappheit, gefühlter Unterzuckerung und natürlich der klassischen Müdigkeit geht es mir nun soweit gut. Ach: depressive Verstimmung und spontan auftretende Heulanfälle waren übrigens auch dabei. Generell war ich eher dünnhäutig und depressiver gestimmt. Dazu muss ich aber sagen dass ich vorher schon eher der moderate/low carb Typ war - da will ich mir nicht vorstellen was die High carbler durchmachen. Erstes Fazit: -Was mir besonders auffällt ist die beiläufige Entwässerung - ich bin deutlich trockener und obwohl ich kein Defizit fahre sieht man nach 2 Wochen die abs besser (meine Genetik ist dabei eh zum 🤮). -Zudem bin ich seit vorgestern generell wacher - ich denke das wird aber noch besser. -Der Kopf ist freier und ich habe keinen Druck drauf. Auch Kopfschmerzen hatte ich seit den Grippesymptomen keine. -Während mir früher mit KH oft übel war und ich Probleme hatte überhaupt auf meine 2400kcal zu kommen habe ich jetzt ein eher normales Hungergefühl - ohne zu Hungern. -Ich habe (hoffentlich nicht mehr lange) weniger Kraft. -Der Pump ist schwächer (heute ging es, war aber mit KH nicht zu vergleichen) -Ich habe keine Heißhungerattacken und nur moderates Verlangen nach Süßem. Dabei reicht mir aber schon ein Sojajoghurt mit Flavordrops um die „Gelüste“ zu befriedigen. -Käse macht glücklich -Keto bedeutet sich wirklich enorm mit der Ernährung auseinanderzusetzen. Bislang habe ich nach Gefühl und Appetit gegessen - mittlerweile tracke ich um einen Überblick zu behalten was und wieviel ich eigentlich zu mir nehme.
